A Milestone Event page may be created, ordered, and updated through our online ordering system, or you may submit photos, text, etc. through the US mail.

Through this system you can easily submit honoree information, description, connections and links, and your choice of design - regardless of the capabilities of your computer. Best of all, you can make changes as often as you wish and pay only when you are satisfied!
The Online Milestone Creation and Ordering System (Create and Order, or Update) also allows you to upload photographs and documents from files on your computer, or you may choose to send photos and documents by US mail after creating other aspects of the milestone online.
After you pay for a milestone or notify us that a prepaid milestone is ready, it will be published to the Search List, usually within 24 hours; however, please allow the possibility of several business days since we personally review each milestone to protect the integrity of the Milestone Events site.
Create and Order a Milestone using US mail
To order an online milestone via the postal service, print the Milestone Events Mail Order Form, or create an order form with similar information and mail along with your check or money order, photo(s) of loved one, and other information to the address below.
Unless you want us to select a design for the milestone, spend some time in the Milestones Online Creation and Ordering system to decide the event-appropriate background and design that best compliment the main photo.
Before submitting your order through the mail, we do request that you attempt to add as much information as your computer will allow through the Milestones Online Creation and Ordering System.
Our fee for typing a document that cannot be scanned is determined by length.
If you want the materials you mail returned to you, include a prepaid, self-addressed, registered mail envelope with your order.

* A First Milestone (page 1) must have been created for a person/pet before an 'additional' Milestone page can be created for that person/pet (i.e: for a Life Story).
** Photo alteration: There will be an additional fee if we alter a photo at your request (cropping to an oval or rounded top, removing fuzziness, etc.). If the improvement is not possible, we will refund the fee.
Suggestion: Give a gift of two or more Gift Certificates to provide additional photos and/or pages!
